No you could not use a DVD Players Monitor as a Computer Monitor.
A DVD Monitor has MUCH less lines of Resolution then a laptop or computer monitor, notice a Computer Monitor is much clearer then a DVD Player Screen, especially when you look at it close up!
DVD Player Montiors/Screens are cheaper to make, That’s why they are so cheap to buy
If you ever found a way to use one as a Computer Monitor, you would not be able to read anything, it would be too blurry!
