I would expect that you have 50 cycle power and PAL video in Pakistan
yup
While a universal power supply would take care of audio the synchronization of video with the 60 cycle line.
The US and Canada use NTSC

Get a different DVD player, one that can be used on Canadian TV set…
OR….get a Pakistan TV set, one that will display the Pakistan DVD player perfectly….
The two systems are incompatible…..
