Tone Deaf asked:
I just got a Samsung 1000w home theatre system. When i play the DVD the sound comes from all the speakers and works fine. I hooked the TV up to it but its only coming out of one of the speakers. Same with my 360, its just coming out of one speaker. the sub woofer isnt working either. anyone know what the problem is?

Did you buy a crap-tastic $299 system and expect it to become the center of your entertainment gear like a real AV Receiver? The ability to hook things up to these systems is one of the things you gave up with a low price.
If you have an OPTICAL input on that system (and some of them do), they you might try an optical switch and use it toggle between the xbox and TV.
You can get an optical switch from for about $5.
But if the only inputs are red/white RCA plugs - the best you can get is stereo. If only one speaker works - chances are one of your plugs is loose.
