Since you have a invalid bios then with there design it will not allow communications until this is remedied, the fix involves taking the eeprom for bios out an doing a manual flash is the only way to fix this.
You probably don’t have the software or eeprom flasher to accomplish this. So your only option is to let the manufacture fix it.
