I have a newly built home, and a Plasma TV. I need to put wirings behind the walls for speakers/TV/cable/DVD player and keep a connection for game/computer too.

  1. If it has a crawl space underneath, I would go down from the TV and the up to where ever you wanted to go.

  2. If your home isn’t finished, check with your builder or hire a contractor and explain to them you would like structured wiring for your home theater system along with other components.
If you are bent on performing this task your self, some of the materials your’re gonna need are a 4 to 6 ft drill bit
(depending on where the system is i.e basement , upper floors) and your RCA wiring for the system. Then it will be a matter of preference as to where you want it positioned.
