a: depends on the quality i.e. the brightness and resolution plus don’t forget to find out how much replacement bulbs cost. £300-£1000
b: A screen is best but a very smooth wall can be used, and it needs to be smooth
c: Wants so be a mat paint, rollered on but with a fine roller and take your time
