I also wondered that if the speakers are to be hung on the wall how high should i place the speakers for that matching bass effect or is it better off to be placed in the ground

  1. ear level is best.

And- generally it’s best if they are not right up against a wall or in a cabinette.

the sound quality difference is subtle, but noticeable. If you cannot put them at ear level, you can point them towards where your ears are… i.e. point them a bit downward if they are on the ceiling.

  2. There are too many variables here that are not addressed.
What is the shape of the room? What is the craftmanship of the speakers? Are they quadrophonic? Hardwood floors, tile, or carpet? Are the walls wood paneling or plaster? How big is the room? Were you thinking of using standard brackets or wood shelves? If on the floor, were you thinking of using speaker stands or placing them directly on the floor?

  3. Keep them away from the walls at least 1′. Get some reflection off the wall and it will sound more natural.
