try one of the logitech remotes that you can download codes to online such as
they work with virtually everything…

I just bought the logitech Harmony 880, currently on sale at Best Buy for $150 (normally $250). I chose it because I needed to control 4 devices. If you are looking to control only 1 device there may be other cheaper solutions, but Logitech has gone to great lengths to cover all manufactures/models in their database. You program it over the internet.

Thula H is right on the money.
I had the same problem with my Samsung HDTV Remote and needed a replacement.
Bought a replacement original at the same sight she suggests.
Go check them out.
A universal will not control all the functions your original did and if you don’t have a working original cannot program all the functions into the new universal.
So save time/money and headaches and go to this sight.
