Buy an HDMI video card that will allow you to input surround to it from your sound card. It will mix the audio with the video and send it out the HDMI line to your receiver. ATI makes one of these, don’t know about Nvidea.
USB is not for streaming on any receiver I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen most of them.
