yes you can but you will have to bypass the bilt in amp and just hook strat up to the sub. it should sound ok
by the way that is a 1000 watt sub if you dident know

you could probably buy a power converter to convert 12v DC (car) to 120v AC (House) and just use the built in amp the sub already has. I don’t know how much these cost though
